Shashi Kant Yadav – CEO & Founder
Mr. Yadav brings over 20+ years of experience in engineering design, project planning, and execution of renewable and thermal projects. A Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Operations Management from IMT Ghaziabad, he has a proven track record of leading large and complex turnkey EPC projects across India and internationally.
He has served 18 years with the Adani Group , contributing significantly to landmark projects like India’s largest renewable energy park in Khavda, Kutch (Gujarat) . He is also the co-founder of Adaptive Automation Systems , an automation and import business based in Ahmedabad.
His strengths include:
